1. Non-Hosting Notice

ReelyTap does not host, store, cache, or index any copyrighted videos, music, images, or other media on its servers. The service functions strictly as an automated transport conduit — facilitating direct client retrieval from publicly accessible third-party CDNs (TikTok / ByteDance infrastructure). No copyrighted content resides on ReelyTap's servers at any time.

2. User Responsibility

Users of ReelyTap are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right, license, or explicit permission from the original copyright holder to download, store, or redistribute any content retrieved through this service. Downloading copyrighted content without authorization from the rights holder may violate applicable laws.

3. Takedown & Abuse Requests

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that your copyrighted material is being accessed or infringed through our service, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notification. Your notice must include all of the following:

A clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
The specific URL(s) or description of the material in question.
Your full contact details: name, physical address, email address, and telephone number.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] with the required statutory information under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, ReelyTap may block access to users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
